Refund Policy

At Heeli, we strive to provide high-quality leather jackets and related products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a smooth and hassle-free refund process.

1. Returns

  • Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain types of products are exempt from being returned, such as custom-made or personalized items.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at muz@leathertex.co.uk.

5. Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, you should mail it to: muz@leathertex.co.uk.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
