1. Returns
- Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Certain types of products are exempt from being returned, such as custom-made or personalized items.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges

4. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Shipping Returns

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
